Return Process

  Log into our portal using your order number and email to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your parcel reaches our central docking station securely.

  Sanitize and Pack

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they pass our quality inspection.

• 4.
  Final Deployment

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and receive your refund or replacement once the cargo is processed.
